How can I track my order?

Simply click on the order status link and sign onto the site. You will be able to see the status of your order and a tracking link will appear once the order has shipped.

What is your shipping policy?

POC will ship anywhere in Canada where postal service is available.

How do I cancel or change an order?

Pioneer tries to pack and ship your order shortly after it has been placed. For cancellations of orders, please contact order helpdesk at 866-562-7093 (from 9:00am to 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time Monday to Fridays, except for holidays). If requested, we will do our best to stop your order before it has shipped. However, once it has shipped, we will be unable to change or cancel your order. You will have to follow the return policy below.

What is Pioneer’s Return Policy?

a.) 30 Day Return Policy. For your convenience Pioneer has a 30-day return policy (excluding opened software). If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return the product in its original packaging (in saleable condition) for a refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping charges). The customer shall bear all shipping costs related to the return. Please note that a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to returned goods subject to inspection upon receipt. For more information, please contact order helpdesk at 866-562-7093 from 9:00am to 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time Monday to Fridays, except for holidays.

A Return Authorization Number (“RA”) number will be required for all returns, which must be obtained within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Before calling POC order helpdesk to obtain a RA, you will need to know the invoice number for the Product you wish to return. The product must be returned to POC within 15 days of the issuance of the RA using a reputable, prepaid, traceable transport carrier of your choice. The exception to this is returned plasma Products, which will be picked up directly at your location at a mutually agreeable time.

All returned Product must be packed carefully in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that were shipped with the Product. The RA must be clearly marked on the outside of the original packaging of the returned Product. With the exception of returned plasma Product, you are responsible for returned Product while it is in transit to POC and are solely liable for any damage that may occur while in transit; you must insure and/or declare the full value of the returned Product. Shipping and handling costs are only refundable if you have received Product that was damaged upon arrival, dead upon arrival or incorrectly shipped. If you do not comply with this Return Policy in its entirety, POC reserves right in its sole discretion to refuse delivery of the returned Product. Please allow up to 8 weeks for POC to credit your account for the returned Product. Nothing in this paragraph limits or restricts your rights under the limited warranty for the Product.

b.) Damaged/Defective Product Return/Exchange. Please inspect your Product immediately upon receipt. If you received Product that was damaged upon arrival, fails to function upon arrival, or was incorrectly shipped, contact our order helpdesk at 866-562-7093 (from 9:00am to 5:30pm Eastern Time, Monday to Fridays, except for holidays) to obtain a Return Authorization Number (“RA”). All returned Product must be packed carefully in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that were shipped with the Product. The RA must be clearly marked on the outside of the original packaging of the returned Product. Nothing in this paragraph limits or restricts your rights under the limited warranty for the Product.
