I have lost the TV Guide listings on my plasma TV. How do I get them back?

Resetting the TV Guide software should restore the listings. 

Follow these steps to reset the guide:

1. Go to TV Guide

2. Go up to the navigation bar.

3. Arrow to the right, until you highlight the Setup tab. 

4. Arrow down once to highlight "Change System Setting". Do not hit enter.

5. Enter code 653274147. You will not see anything happen until the end. 

The unit should power cycle, at the end. Leave the unit off over night. 

The TV Guide listings should begin to populate in 24-48 hours. If not, please contact our Product Support at 1-800-421-1404.
