Pioneer Electronics (USA) Inc. is transferring the home AV and headphone business to Pioneer & Onkyo U.S.A. Corporation d/b/a Pioneer Home Entertainment USA, effective March 2, 2015. From this date, Pioneer and Elite home AV and headphone products will be distributed by Pioneer Home Entertainment USA

Pioneer Electronics (USA) Inc. is transferring the DJ business to the newly formed Pioneer DJ Americas, Inc. effective March 2, 2015. From this date, DJ products will be distributed by Pioneer DJ Americas, Inc.
